POPCRU Collective Bargaining and Policy Conference

The Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union (POPCRU) will be holding its Collective Bargaining and Policy Conference from the 15th to 18th of March 2018.

The Collective Bargaining and Policy Conference will among others receive presentations by Safer South Africa CEO, Riah Phiyega, presentations on Organisational Renewal, Ideal Policing and Corrections for South Africa which elaborately assesses the current and ideal conditions therein, assessment of the impact of signed Bargaining Council agreements related to conditions in the criminal justice cluster since 1998 and the assessment of the transformation processes within the sectors where we organise post-1994, with specific reference to legislative frameworks enacted with the objective of transforming the sector.
