POPCRU INPUTS ON INMATE LABOUR AND SOCIAL REINTERGRATION

POPCRU fully agree that time spent in incarceration must never be about inmates being idle and just lazing around for twenty four hours a day every day of their term of imprisonment. Inmates must contribute, through their labour and personal development, towards the running costs and decent up-keeping of the Correctional Centers.
